Notice to the consumer on the right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to any professional activity carried out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, a communication in which the intention to withdraw from the contract is expressed.
The only non-refundable costs required are those for shipping the product.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:
- lack of original packaging
- absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, screws, instruction manuals, etc)
- damage to the product due to causes other than transport
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
If you have made a purchase on our site and want to withdraw from the purchase, you will have to follow this simple procedure:
- Send Cantine Casabella , within 14 working days of receiving the goods, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, a communication in which you express your right to withdraw from your purchase.
- Advance communication via e-mail or telephone by contacting the number 0523804441. Within the working day following your communication, the Return Authorization Number (NAR) will be sent to the e-mail address you left us at the time of purchase. ) which will identify your practice.
- Using a courier of your choice, arrange for the product to be shipped carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
- Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and bear the related costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Cantine Casabella reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered withholding it from the sums to be refunded.
- Indicate the Return Authorization Number (NAR) assigned by Cantine Casabella on the packaging and send the product to the address indicated below within the second working day following receipt of the NAR number.

Cantine Casabella will refund the cost of the goods shipped excluding shipping costs within 7 working days following receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made with the same payment method used by the customer: bank transfer for orders paid by bank transfer or on delivery ( indicate your bank details) , credit card transfer or postepay top-up (indicate the card number and the holder ) .
Guarantees – Defect of conformity
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 02-02-2002 , Cantine Casabella is responsible towards the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
The lack of conformity can be found for:
- operating defect
- discrepancy between what was proposed and what was received at purchase
- internal transport damage not found upon receipt
- wrong shipment
The lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months following the date of purchase; the time limit within which the product defect must be communicated from the moment it appears is 2 months.
The warranty will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its destination and as provided in any technical documentation , with observance of the various operating rules indicated therein.
However, this guarantee will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, any mechanical adaptations and/or adjustments not prescribed by the manufacturer, etc.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods restored to conformity through repair or replacement.
The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for traders and resellers.
Procedure for exercising the right to reinstatement
If the product purchased from our site has some lack of conformity, to obtain the restoration of the consumer good and make it compliant with the sales contract you will have to follow this simple procedure:
- Within 24 months of receiving the goods, send communication to Cantine Casabella
- via e-mail at info@cantinecasabella.com or by telephone by contacting the number 0523804441 indicating the defect in the product.
- Wait for the Return Authorization Number (NAR) identifying the case which will be sent to you via e-mail, to the e-mail address you left us when placing the order, by the next working day.
- Prepare and send the carefully packaged product to Cantine Casabella . The use of the original packaging and the inclusion of all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained will speed up the restoration of the lack of conformity. It is possible to use the Bartolini courier with shipping at our expense (customer code 0870928)
- Indicate the Return Authorization Number (NAR) assigned by Cantine Casabella on the packaging
Once the returned product has been received and checked, it will restore the lack of conformity according to the agreements reached and ship it at no cost to the customer.
